NetApp (NTAP) shares gained after Morgan Stanley upgraded the data storage company. The broker raised its rating to equal weight from underweight. Morgan Stanley cited improving storage fundamentals and higher earnings estimates. It also noted that the valuation already reflects much of the improvement.
