Mondi reported headline EPS down -85% to 5.4 euro cents for the first half, below estimates. Revenue increased 2% to €3.98bn, while underlying EBITDA fell -33% to €379m as higher input costs and lower selling prices outweighed stronger volumes and pricing actions. The result also included a €320m impairment and restructuring charge, while cash generation remained resilient through disciplined working capital management. The interim dividend declined -59.6% to 9.42 euro cents per share.
