Hyprop reported SA tenants turnover up 5% and trading density up 7.5% for six months to 31 December 2025. Foot count rose 1.9% and vehicle count 3.1%. In EE, tenants turnover advanced 3.8% and trading density 3.6%. Growth came from prime locations and resilient shoppers.
