Termination of Disposal – Altron’s sale of Altron Document Solutions to Bi-Africa Investment Holdings has been canceled due to a disagreement between the buyers and Xerox on a distribution agreement for the South African market. Altron still plans to sell the business. The specifics of the distribution agreement that caused the disagreement have not been disclosed.
