Anglo American & Canada’s Teck will merge to create Anglo Teck, a top 5 global copper producer with over 70% copper exposure. Anglo shareholders will own 62.4% of the new group & receive a $4.19 special dividend, while Teck investors will hold 37.6%. The new group will be headquartered in Vancouver with listings in London, Johannesburg, Toronto & New York.
