Assura plc, a UK healthcare REIT, reported a portfolio of 603 properties valued at £3.1 bn with an annualised rent roll of £177.9 m for the year ended March 31, 2025. Rent reviews achieved a 3.2% weighted average annual uplift, with a like-for-like increase of 6.1% on £79.9 million reviewed. Assura maintained a loan-to-value ratio of 46.9%.
