Karooooo reported adjusted EPS up 11% to R9.53 for the first quarter of FY27. Subscription revenue increased 19% to R1.35bn, driven by record subscriber additions and continued demand for Cartrack’s fleet management platform. Operating profit rose 16% to R410m, supported by strong subscription growth, although free cash flow declined to R60m as investment in customer acquisition and IoT devices accelerated. The company maintained FY27 guidance, expects EPS up between 18% and 23%, to between R38.50 and R40.00, and reaffirmed its interim dividend of $1.50 per share.
