Prosus sell its remaining 16.8% stake in Delivery Hero to Uber, subject to the completion of Uber’s offer. Uber is offering €41.50 per share, representing a 151% premium to Delivery Hero’s one month VWAP before Prosus’s initial stake sale. The disposal fulfils Prosus’s commitments to the European Commission following its acquisition of Just Eat Takeaway.com.
