PPC appointed Veliswa Rozani as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 October 2026, following Brenda Berlin’s retirement. Rozani joins from NMI Durban South Motors and previously held senior finance roles at Barloworld Motor Retail SA, Johnson and Johnson, and Microsoft SA. Paulo Marques, currently Chief Strategy Officer, will serve as Acting Chief Financial Officer from 1 July 2026 until Rozani assumes the role.
