Pan African announced that shareholders of Emmerson Resources approved its acquisition, with the Supreme Court of Western Australia subsequently approving the scheme. The transaction is now legally effective and remains on track for implementation on 1 July 2026. Pan African has also been admitted to the Australian Securities Exchange under the code PAF, with trading commencing on 23 June 2026. The group will continue its dual primary listings on the JSE and London Stock Exchange following the ASX listing.
