Pan African updated shareholders on its proposed acquisition of Emmerson Resources through an Australian scheme arrangement. Emmerson shareholders will receive 0.1493 new Pan African shares for each Emmerson share held. The transaction is expected to increase Pan African’s pro forma net asset value per share 28.4% to 43.51 US cents. Pan African also plans an ASX listing following completion of the transaction.
