Boxer reported HEPS down 15% to 351.67c for FY26 due to IPO related share dilution, despite headline earnings increasing 13.2% to R1.60bn. Turnover increased 12.3% on a comparable 52 week basis to R46.7bn, with like for like sales growth of 4.5%. Strong new store growth, margin expansion and market share gains supported results, while management warned that higher oil and diesel prices could pressure consumers and costs in FY27. Total dividend declared at 140.67c.
