Vodacom completed its acquisition of an additional effective 20% stake in Safaricom. The transaction includes a 15% interest acquired from the Government of Kenya and a 5% interest acquired from Vodafone International Holdings. Management expects to provide updated medium term targets with its June quarter trading update in late July.
