Tsogo Sun reported stable full-year results, with income flat at R11.1bn and adjusted EBITDA unchanged at R3.5bn. Headline earnings increased 7% to R1.6bn, while HEPS rose 8% to 153 cents and EPS increased 5% to 126 cents. Net interest-bearing debt and guarantees reduced 10% to R6.5bn, with the leverage ratio improving to 1.92x EBITDA. The group also spent R438m on share buy-backs during the year and declared a final dividend of 30 cents per share.
