Changes to the board: Mr. Angelo Swartz, who has been with the Spar group for 16 years, and who is the current Divisional Managing Director of SPAR KwaZulu-Natal, has been appointed as the CEO and Executive Director from 1 October 2023. Ms. Megan Pydigadu, who was the CFO during the turnaround at EOH, will become the Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director from 1 November 2023.
