TFG saw group sales up 7.5% to R49bn for the nine months to 27 December 2025. Like-for-like sales grew 1.2% in Q3 for TFG Africa as it struggled with inventory clearance. Online sales rose 36.6% to 14.3% of total. It expects full-year EPS down at least 20% to at or below 784.5c due to up to R750m non-cash impairments in UK and Australia brands. Trading remains tough in all regions.
