Acquisition – Super Group has successfully acquired 78.82% of CBW Group Holdings Limited, known as Amco, for £30.3 million. Amco provides logistics services to over 250 active customers in various manufacturing sectors, including automotive, telecommunications, retail, construction, mining, and FMCG in the UK and Europe. The acquisition was entirely paid in cash, with net assets acquired totaling £8.4 million. Amco generated EBITDA of £ 9.2 million, Profit Before Tax of £8.36 million, and Profit After Tax of £6.65 million for the twelve months ending on June 30, 2023.
