UK Joint Venture – Stor-Age formed a joint venture with Nuveen Real Estate to acquire the Easistore portfolio in the UK. Nuveen will hold 90% equity in the JV while Stor-Age will have a 10% stake. The properties will be branded and managed by Storage King under its third-party management platform, with Stor-Age contributing £4.4 million towards the acquisition. The JV will allow Stor-Age to grow and achieve further scale in the UK.
