FY Results: Achieved same-store occupancy over 90% in SA and the UK. Same-store rental income up 10% in SA and 21% in the UK. Rental income and net property operating income for the group was up 15% and 16.7% respectively. Net investment property value grew 22.4% to R9.26 billion. The Loan-to-value ratio came in at 27.9% And a final dividend of 55.30 cents was declared, up 7.5%.
