SSS reported HEPS up 16.0% to 117.11c for FY26. Property revenue increased 5.4% to R1.39bn, while distributable income per share rose 5.1% to 129.29c. SA trading supportive, with rental income up 10.5%, net property operating income up 11.1% and occupancy of 93.4%. The total dividend increased 5.1% to 116.36c per share.
