Starbucks rose 3% in late trading as fiscal third-quarter earnings of $0.65 per share topped Bloomberg’s $0.65 estimate and revenue of $9.46bn exceeded the $9.31bn forecast. Same-store sales declined for a sixth straight quarter, and the company maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share.
