HY Results – Total revenue increased by 47.7% to €130.6 million. Funds from Operations grew 47% to €48.5 million. The H1 2023 dividend per share increased by 32.4% to 2.70c. The Net asset value per share increased by 1.8% to 103.90 cents. HEPS increased by 42.0% to 3.65 cents. Net LTV of 41.0% (31 March 2022: 41.6%).
