Sirius Real Estate acquired a business park in Dresden for €23.4m and completed a £16.13m acquisition in Bedford, both at initial yields above 9%. The Dresden site will be redeveloped into a multi-let park while Bedford Heights is 96% occupied with a strong tenant base including defence-linked companies. Sirius also sold a non-core UK asset for £1.55m and has now secured or completed €165m in acquisitions in 2025.
