Shaftesbury reported HEPS up 43.8% to 2.3p for the first half. Underlying earnings increased 8% to 2.4p, while property values rose 3.4% to £5.62bn, supported by strong leasing activity and rental growth. The portfolio benefited from high occupancy, rising customer demand and leasing completed well above previous passing rents. The interim dividend increased 15.8% to 2.2p per share, supported by continued balance sheet strength.
