Shaftesbury reported 151 leasing deals completed at rents 5% above December 2025 ERV and 18% above previous passing rents, while vacancy remains low at just 2.5%. The West End REIT highlighted continued demand across Covent Garden, Carnaby and Chinatown, supported by a strong balance sheet with 17% LTV and £0.7bn in undrawn facilities.
