RFG grew revenue 2.4% in the 11 months to August 2025, with regional sales up 5.1% on stronger volumes but international sales down 8.4% due to weaker global demand for deciduous fruit and ongoing tariff uncertainty in the US. Fresh and dry foods, juices and pies performed well locally, with several brands gaining market share, though long-life foods and meat categories slowed. Export volumes improved in the second half but still ended 7.7% lower year to date, while pineapple recovery in Eswatini remained slower than expected.
