Reinet is in talks for the sale of its 49.5% stake in Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited (PIC). The company is in advanced talks with Athora Holding for the disposal, with a proposed valuation of approximately £5.7 bn for PIC’s fully diluted share capital.
