Trading Statement – Revenue increased by 36.4% to R 4.8 billion. Headline earnings per share decreased by 58.0% to 12.30 cents. Around 38% of the South African portfolio is Offices, with a 14.3% vacancy rate and -12.4% rental reversions in the six months to February 2023. Distributable income per share decreased by 9.2% to 23.91 cents. The dividend per share decreased by 14.2% to 20.32 cents. The SA REIT NAV per share increased by 11.8% to 750.76 cents.
