Purple announced the acquisition of Telescope AI for up to $10.75m. Telescope AI provides AI powered investment research, technical analysis and compliance software to global brokerages, including EasyEquities. The initial consideration comprises $5m in cash and $2m in Purple shares, with further payments linked to performance and retention milestones.
