For the year ended March 31 2025, revenue decreased by 1.9% to R9.9bn, but EBITDA surged 28% to R1.6 bn, with margins improving to 16.1%. Headline earnings per share (HEPS) increased to 40c from 19c but was still below the Bloomberg consensus of 49c. An ordinary dividend of 17.6 cents per share was declared, up 28%. A special dividend of 33.5 cents per share from the CIMERWA sale was also declared.
