Nampak reported an 11% revenue increase to R5.7 bn for the six months ended 31 March 2025, despite challenging consumer spending, with trading profit up 22% to R764m and operating profit rising 7% to R952m. The sale of Bevcan Nigeria for R1.3 bn, effective 31 January 2025, contributed R2.5 bn to discontinued operations profit, reducing net debt by R1.5 bn and improving the net debt-to-EBITDA ratio to 2.8 from 3.0. No interim dividend was declared, and the group continues to focus on debt reduction and operational efficiency.
