Mr Price HEPS rose 10.7% to 1,424 cents, surpassing Bloomberg’s expectation of 1,407 cents. Revenue for the 52 weeks ended 29 March 2025 increased 7.9% to R40.9 bn, driven by a 7.8% rise in retail sales, improved sales momentum in the 2nd half, & market share gains of 50 basis points. The strong 2nd-half performance, despite a weaker February and holiday shifts, was supported by lower markdowns & gross margin gains across all segments. A final dividend of 593.5 cents per share was declared, up +12.7%. MRP expects to outperform the market in FY 2026.
