Jubilee secured a $1.5m unsecured convertible loan note to accelerate development at its Molefe copper project in Zambia. The investor previously participated in the development of Mantos Copper and Capstone Copper. Jubilee said discussions continue regarding a potential further staggered investment of up to $10m to support exploration, mining expansion and additional licence acquisitions.
