FY Results – The JSE reported 4% y/y growth in headline earnings per share and an ROE of 18%. Non-trading revenue grew by 13% y/y and accounted for 25% of total operating revenue. Operating revenue grew by 5% to R2.7 billion, with revenue from Information Services and JSE Investor Services increasing by 11% and 28%, respectively. Net profit after tax increased by 4% y/y to R749 million. The Board declared an ordinary dividend of 769 cents per share for 2022. The JSE maintains a robust balance sheet and had cash of R2.2 billion at the end of 2022.
