FY Results – The Board of Industrials REIT and Blackstone have agreed on the financial terms of a Final Offer, where Industrials REIT shareholders would receive 168 pence per ordinary share in cash, representing a premium of 42.4% to the Industrials REIT closing price of 118.0 pence per share on 31 March 2023.
