Hyprop’s distributable income per share was up 2.5% to 379c for FY25, in line with guidance. Stronger property valuations lifted net profit 24% to R2.1bn, & also lowered the loan-to-value ratio to 33.6% from 36.4%. Final dividend +9% to 308c. SA portfolio vacancies increased to 3.9% from 1.9% (due to Edgars downsizing). Eastern Europe vacancies fell to 0.1% from 0.3%.
