Famous Brands reported a 3.2% revenue increase to R8.3 bn and a 12.6% rise in operating profit to R914m for the year ended 28 February 2025, with headline earnings per share up 11.9% to 520 cents. Despite economic challenges in South Africa, the Leading Brands portfolio showed resilience, while Signature Brands and regions like the UK and AME faced declines due to reduced consumer spending and operational pressures. The Supply Chain saw mixed results, with Manufacturing profit up 25.0%, but Logistics and Retail profits fell due to weaker demand and competition. The company declared a 14.2% higher dividend of 195 cents per share.
