Dipula interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 saw distributable earnings rise 20% to R310 million, driven by acquisitions, improved occupancies, organic portfolio growth, lower funding costs, and operational efficiencies. NAV per share rose to R7.31. Loan-to-value improved to 34% from 36.1%. Full-year distributable income per share growth of between 7% and 8% is expected. Interim dividend of 27.5 ZAR cents per share declared.
