Vukile completed a R2.8bn accelerated bookbuild, representing around 9% of market capitalisation and approximately 123m new shares. Shares were placed at R22.60 each, at a -4.32% discount to the pre launch closing price and a -4.43% discount to the 10 day VWAP on 19 May 2026. Listing and trading of the new shares is expected to commence on 25 May 2026.
