Copper 360, the junior copper miner, announced a proposed R1.15bn rights offer and debt restructuring. It will raise R400m in new equity at 50c per share. A further R750m of debt instruments, preference shares, shareholder loans, and royalties will be converted into equity, reducing charges on revenue from 9.8% to 0.7%. Proceeds will fund mine development and new plants.
