Acquisition Approval – Clicks Group received approval from the Competition Tribunal for its acquisition of Sorbet Holdings, the owner of the Sorbet beauty salon franchise chain. The approval comes with conditions related to advancing black ownership, increasing local manufacturing of Sorbet products, and staff training. The acquisition will not affect the employment status of Sorbet staff.
