Operational Update – Post-Covid-19 travel trends are positive. Group occupancies up to 56.5% (60% for November 2022), thanks to international flights, to almost pre-Covid levels. Domestic leisure flourishing resulting in a 200% increase in food and beverage revenue compared to the prior year. Achieved room rates up by 9.5%. Outlook good despite loadshedding, high inflation and interest rates, and their impact on the economy and disposable income.
