Cisco gained 7% in extended trade after reporting fiscal Q1 EPS of $1, above estimates of 98c, on revenue of $14.88bn which also beat expectations of $14.77bn. The results reflected resilient enterprise demand and improved product mix. Networking and security revenues both outperformed, offsetting weaker cloud orders. Guidance pointed to stable margins for the rest of the year.
