BHP achieved record copper production of 2,017 kt in FY25, up 8%, driven by a 16% increase at Escondida, record output at Spence, and strong Q4 performance at Copper South Australia. Iron ore production reached a record 263 Mt, with WAIO producing 290 Mt (100% basis), supported by South Flank exceeding nameplate capacity and supply chain improvements. Steelmaking coal production at BMA was 18 Mt, down 19% due to divestments, but up 5% excluding Blackwater and Daunia, with FY26 guidance set at 18–20 Mt.
