The SA Competition Tribunal has approved the proposed acquisition of Barloworld, subject to public interest conditions. These conditions relate to B-BBEE objectives, including enhanced black ownership and participation. The transaction will proceed once remaining conditions outlined in the offer circular are fulfilled or waived.
