Acquisition – Aspen will acquire the portfolio of well-known branded products in Latin America from Viatris Inc. worth around $280 million. Aspen will pay $150 million in cash and offer an extension of supply terms to Viatris. The key products in the portfolio include Lipitor, Viagra, Lyrica, Zoloft, Norvasc, and Celebrex.
