Aspen announced a proposed divestment of its Asia Pacific operations (excluding China) to Australian private equity firm BGH Capital for R26.5 bn. A live webcast on the details will take place on Thursday 15 January 2026. The APAC assets contributed 18% of total revenue and 26% of core profit in the year to June 2025.
