AngloGold Ashanti will sell its Doropo and ABC Projects in Côte d’Ivoire to Resolute Mining for $185m, including $175m for Doropo and a $10m milestone payment for ABC. In exchange, AngloGold will acquire the Mansala Project in Guinea to support its Siguiri mine, subject to conditions within 18 months.
