Headline earnings per share (HEPS) are expected to be between 56.7 cents and 85.1
cents, a decrease of between 85% and 90%. This was driven by challenges in the iron ore market, cement losses, and weaker anthracite performance. Despite these setbacks, the company has integrated Lafarge South Africa successfully, and saw a strong performance in its Construction Materials segment. The Industrial Minerals business is recovering, and Bulk Commodities, particularly at Nkomati, are improving.
