Acquisition – Afrimat will purchase Lafarge South Africa and its subsidiaries. Lafarge is a provider of construction materials, offering various aggregates, concrete, cement, and fly-ash. The purchase consideration is $6 million, with an additional repayment of a loan amount of R900 million to the seller, to be completed within twelve months after the closing date.
